- Please stay home if you’re sick.
- No food or drink on the mats.
- No shoes on the mat.
- Avoid training with jewelry or loose clothing on.
- If you have long hair, please keep it tied back.
- Keep fingernails and toenails neatly trimmed.
- Wear clean gis/training gear.
- Tap early and tap often – we are here to learn! If hands or feet aren’t available to tap, say “tap”.
- Be ready to stop right away if your partner does tap.
- No punching, kicking, hitting, shoving.
- Please remember to bring all belongings home with you.
